Precautions for Electronic Scales
After calibration and approval for use, the following precautions should be observed when using the electronic platform scale:
1: Pay attention to the maximum and minimum weighing capacity of the scale, use it reasonably, and do not exceed the maximum capacity to prevent damage.
2: Try to use the middle part of the weighing platform for weighing. Avoid impact or rough handling.
3: When reading, note that the values of the scale and the additional weights should be added together; the values of the main and auxiliary scales should be summed.
4: Observe the balance of the scale when empty.
5: After weighing, close the indicator gate valve, place the weighed object properly, and then open the gate valve to prevent the scale from being deformed by impact.
6: The scale should be placed on a level ground, with all four wheels firmly touching the surface without any suspension. If any issue is found, take padding measures promptly.

Electronic Scale Maintenance
1. Maintenance and management should be handled by designated personnel.
2. Do not apply oil to the scale's components, especially the knife edges, knife bearings, and hanging rings. Keep them clean and dry.
3. Do not disassemble the main and auxiliary sliding weights arbitrarily, and do not alter their weight without authorization.
4. After weighing, close the indicator gate properly.
5. When the scale is not in use, do not place heavy objects on the weighing platform.
6. After weighing corrosive items, clean any residues thoroughly.
7. Pay attention to the calibration date of the scale and send it to the metrology department for verification within the specified time.
8. The calibration cycle of the scale should not exceed one year, as per the verification regulations.
